One-to-one consultations

The date and time are agreed by email before payment. After payment, a Zoom meeting link is emailed at least 24 hours before the session. Sessions are 60 or 30 minutes as booked. Consultations are not recorded by default; where a recording is requested and agreed in advance, the session may be recorded and provided privately to the client.

Live courses

The course title, dates, start time, time zone, duration, syllabus and included learning materials are confirmed before payment. Zoom joining details are emailed before the first session. The recording and lecture slides are supplied within 7 days of the final session.

Recorded courses

Access details are normally emailed within two business days after successful payment unless a different delivery schedule is stated before purchase. Access is for the purchaser's personal study.

If we cannot deliver

If a paid service cannot be provided as described and a replacement date or equivalent alternative cannot be agreed, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
