Dr Arjun Pai Astrology is a Canada-based provider of online Vedic astrology consultations and educational services. These Terms apply when you purchase or receive a service from Dr Arjun Pai Astrology. Before payment, you will be provided with the relevant service details, price and applicable policies. By completing a purchase after being given access to these Terms, you agree to them, together with the Service Delivery Policy and the Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Nature of the service

• Consultations, courses and publications are provided for educational, cultural, spiritual and self-reflective purposes.
• No outcome — financial, professional, relational or otherwise — is predicted with certainty or guaranteed.
• Nothing provided is medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and it does not replace such advice. For decisions in these areas, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
• Services are intended for customers aged 18 years or older.

Booking and payment

• The service, price and payment currency are confirmed in writing before payment. Customers in India may be offered payment in Indian Rupees (INR), including UPI where available. U.S. and other international customers may be offered payment in U.S. dollars (USD). The final amount and currency are displayed again before payment authorization.
• All current consultation and course payments are one-time charges. We do not operate automatic-renewal subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers, which issue the receipt.
• You must provide accurate contact and, for consultations, birth details.

Course materials and recordings

• Recordings, slides, notes and other materials are licensed for the purchaser's personal study only.
• Copying, sharing, reselling, uploading, public screening or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
• Consultation recordings, where provided, are for the client's private use.

Changes and cancellations by us

We may reschedule a session or course where reasonably necessary, for example due to illness or technical failure. If no acceptable alternative can be agreed, the refund policy applies.

Consumer rights and governing law

Dr Arjun Pai Astrology is established in British Columbia, Canada, and these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country in which you live, including India and the United States.
